1. What about the design and price?
   We will design according to the size of the play area and your requirements. The price depends on what type of equipment is designed in the playground.

2. What about the delivery, payment (trade term), and shipment?
   Trade terms: We accept EXW or FOB. EXW is preferred because it is more cost-effective for both parties. If you prefer, we can also provide FOB. For smaller products, DHL, UPS, FedEx would be used. 3. What about the installation?
   We provide installation services. Our installation team is world-class, experienced, and highly efficient. Installation costs are separate from product costs.

4. Is there a playground installed in our country (or city)?
   We provide products to customers around the world. So far, we have customers from over 100 countries who have cooperated with us.

5. Whether the products meet our national standards?
   Our products are strictly manufactured according to the highest quality standards of European or American standards. Raw materials are certified by TUV, and products are certified by CE. If you can accept European or American standards, we can meet your requirements.
