EVA Floor Mats 1 Year High-density EVA foam flooring, interlocking floor tiles (excluding surface wear from normal daily use)

Warranty Commencement

The warranty period commences on the date the playground equipment is received by the customer and installation has been completed, and terminates at the end of the period stated above.

For projects installed by our professional team, the warranty begins upon final inspection sign-off after installation is complete.

For DIY installations, the warranty begins upon confirmed delivery receipt of all components.


Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers products that are:

  • ✅ Unloaded from shipping containers in accordance with our instructions
  • ✅ Erected properly and in conformity with our installation guidelines — whether by our professional installation crews or following our provided diagrams and manuals
  • ✅ Maintained and inspected in accordance with our Inspection & Maintenance Manual
  • ✅ Subjected to normal use for the purpose for which the equipment was designed
  • ✅ Not moved, in whole or in part, after initial installation
  • ✅ Not modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons in any way that affects the condition or operation of the equipment

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following items and situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Cosmetic damage — surface scratches, dents, marring, fading, discoloration, corrosion, warping of recycled plastic lumber, and cracking or peeling of surface coatings or paint
  • Normal wear and tear — repairs for items such as replacing zip ties or hose clamps, repairing netting, fixing loose bolts or fittings, replacing safety flooring or padding (we provide remote assistance via phone or email at no charge)
  • Acts of God — damage caused by hail, flooding, lightning, tornadoes, sandstorms, earthquakes, windstorms, or other natural disasters
  • Environmental factors — damage from wind-blown sand, salt water, salt spray, or airborne emissions from industrial sources (sulfur, acids, corrosive chemicals beyond normal photochemical smog)
  • Vandalism — intentional damage or misuse
  • Improper use — failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the assembly manual
  • Improper installation — installation on uneven, unleveled, or soft ground by unauthorized parties
  • Labor for inspections — on-site inspection labor costs
  • Incidental or consequential damages — indirect losses, lost revenue, or business interruption
  • Compressor neglect — failure to properly maintain compressors, including releasing liquid from condensation lines per manufacturer’s instructions, voids compressor warranty
  • Power-related damage — damage from power surges, incorrect voltage, or electrical issues not originating from our equipment

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a valid claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the issue — Take clear photos and/or videos of the defect or damage
  2. Prepare a written statement — Include a specific description of the defect, the affected component(s), and when the issue was first noticed
  3. Gather supporting documents — Provide a copy of the original invoice, maintenance records, and any requested photos/videos
  4. Submit your claim — Send all materials to our warranty support team via email, WhatsApp, or phone

Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with a resolution plan, which may include:

  • Shipping replacement parts at no cost
  • Providing remote repair guidance
  • Dispatching a technician (for claims that cannot be resolved remotely)

After-Warranty Support

Our commitment doesn’t end when the warranty expires. We offer:

Maintenance Requirements

To keep your warranty valid, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • 🔍 Weekly inspection — Check all bolts, fasteners, net tension, and slide surfaces for wear or loosening
  • 🧹 Monthly cleaning — Clean plastic and metal surfaces with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals
  • 📝 Quarterly review — Follow the Inspection & Maintenance Manual provided with your equipment. Document all inspections
  • ⚠️ Immediate action — If any safety issue is identified, close the affected area immediately and contact us for guidance
  • 🔩 Tightening schedule — Re-torque all structural bolts after the first 30 days of operation, then quarterly thereafter

Important: Failure to maintain and inspect the equipment according to our guidelines may void the warranty.


Warranty Transferability

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the playground equipment is sold or relocated to a new owner, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.

However, we are happy to provide technical support and spare parts to subsequent owners at standard pricing.

A: Yes. Every order includes a comprehensive Inspection & Maintenance Manual with schedules, checklists, and step-by-step guidance for keeping your playground safe and in good condition.

Q7: How quickly do you respond to warranty claims?

Q8: What if I need a replacement part after the warranty expires?
