When to choose this option: You have a capable local team, and you want to save on installation costs while still having full manufacturer backing.
Pre-Delivery: Trial Assembly
Before your playground is shipped, we conduct a full trial assembly at our factory:
- Iron and plastic parts are trial-fitted — vertical pipes, platforms, and connectors are assembled
- Holes are pre-drilled and fasteners pre-screwed — minimizing on-site adjustments
- Bridges, tunnels, and slides are pre-sized — ensuring everything fits perfectly
- Photos are taken and sent to you — for your review before final payment
- All components are numbered — matching the 3D installation diagram for easy identification
This pre-assembly process identifies potential issues in advance, avoids on-site rework, and ensures a successful first-time installation.
Step-by-Step Installation Process
Preparation
- Clean the site — Ensure the installation area is clean, dry, and free of obstructions
- Lay the EVA floor mat — Cover the entire play area with high-density EVA foam flooring for safety and cushioning
- Check the parts list — Verify all components have arrived using the packing list and numbered diagram
- Gather tools — Standard tools needed include wrenches, screwdrivers, rubber mallets, and a level
Step 1: Assemble the Frame
- Refer to the numbered installation diagram — each vertical pipe has a unique label (e.g., A8, Q7, EF13-14, H14)
- Locate each pipe by its number and verify its height before assembly
- Start from the base pipe (e.g., A8), confirm its position and height, then proceed to adjacent pipes (Q7, EF13-14, etc.)
- Secure all joints with the provided fasteners and connectors
- Use a level to ensure all vertical pipes are plumb
Step 2: Assemble Connection Tunnels
- Prepare all connection pieces as shown in the diagrams
- Install tunnels between frame sections, ensuring they are securely attached at both ends
- Check that tunnel openings align properly with platforms for smooth transitions
Step 3: Build Multiple Levels (Layer by Layer)
- For multi-level playgrounds (2 or 3 floors), install one level at a time
- First level: Complete all base pipes, connectors, and low platforms
- Second level: Add the next tier of pipes and platforms
- Third level: Finish with the top-level structure
- Verify stability at each stage before proceeding to the next
- Assemble all playground platforms, ensuring they are level and firmly secured
- Install safety nets between platforms and around open edges
- Nets must be kept tight — no slack or gaps to prevent children from falling through
- Double-check all attachment points and fasteners
Step 5: Install Slides, Rollers, and Bridges
- Slides: Ensure proper slope and smooth surface. Firmly connect to the platform at the top. Check that the slide exit lands safely on the EVA mat.
- Rollers: Keep them rotating smoothly with proper spacing between each roller. Secure mounting brackets firmly.
- Bridges: Ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity. Install guardrails or safety nets on both sides. Apply anti-slip materials on the walking surface.
Step 6: Install Soft Play Elements and Accessories
- Add padded walls, ball pits, soft climbing blocks, and other soft play components
- Install interactive panels, mirrors, and decorative elements
- Place play balls in ball pit areas
- Attach any themed decorations (signs, character figures, murals)
Step 7: Final Safety Inspection
- Walk through every part of the playground and check:
- ✅ All bolts and fasteners are tightened
- ✅ No sharp edges or exposed hardware
- ✅ Safety nets are tight with no gaps
- ✅ Slides, bridges, and rollers function smoothly
- ✅ Platforms are level and stable
- ✅ EVA mat covers the entire play surface
- ✅ All themed decorations are securely attached

Common Installation Tips
- Follow the numbering system — Each part is labeled to match the 3D diagram. Don’t skip this — it saves hours of confusion.
- Don’t fully tighten bolts until the frame is complete — Leave some play for alignment adjustments, then tighten everything at the end.
- Install layer by layer — Never jump ahead. Each level must be stable before adding the next.
- Check net tension carefully — Loose nets are a safety risk. They should be taut but not overstretched.
- Keep hardware organized — Use small containers or bags labeled by step to avoid losing or mixing screws and bolts.
- Two-person assembly — Most tasks are easier and safer with at least two people.

FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How long does installation take?
A: For a standard 200–300 m² playground, professional installation typically takes 5–7 days. DIY installation may take 7–14 days depending on team size and experience.
Q2: How many people do I need for DIY installation?
A: We recommend a team of 3–5 people for most projects. Larger playgrounds (500 m²+) may require 5–8 people.
Q3: What if I encounter a problem during installation?
A: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Our support team provides real-time guidance and can send additional diagrams or videos as needed.
Q4: Do you send an engineer for on-site installation?
A: Yes. For larger projects or upon request, we can dispatch experienced installation engineers to your site. Travel and accommodation costs are typically covered by the buyer.
Q5: Can I install the playground myself without experience?
A: Absolutely. Our numbered parts, 3D diagrams, video guides, and remote support make DIY installation accessible even for first-timers. Many of our customers have successfully installed playgrounds without prior experience.
Q6: What if some parts are missing or damaged during shipping?
A: We provide a detailed packing list and pre-delivery photos for verification. If any parts are missing or damaged, we ship replacements promptly at no additional cost.
A: Standard hand tools — adjustable wrench, screwdriver, rubber mallet, spirit level, tape measure, and utility knife. Allen keys are included with the equipment.
Q8: Can I disassemble and relocate the playground later?
A: Yes. Our modular design allows the playground to be disassembled, transported, and reassembled at a new location. We can provide updated diagrams for re-installation.
Q9: Is the installation process safe?
A: Yes. We prioritize safety at every stage. All components are pre-tested in our factory, and our installation guides are designed to ensure a structurally sound, child-safe final product.
Q10: Do you offer a trial assembly before shipping?
A: Yes. Every playground is trial-assembled at our factory before delivery. We verify fit, function, and completeness, then take photos for your review — ensuring zero surprises on-site.
