Preparatory Work Before Cooperation
Everything begins with your idea – and Luckyplay makes it real. Contact our sales team for fast, effective guidance. Based on your space, budget, and vision, we’ll create a professional design plan, quotation, and business proposal.

Send us your CAD floor plan or hand-drawn layout with dimensions, entrances, and obstacles. Our design team will provide a custom 3D layout within 3 days, and the final playground will perfectly match the design rendering. Production takes around 15 days for a 300+ sq.m. project, ensuring both speed and precision.

1. What about the design and price?
   We design according to the size of the play area and your requirements. The price depends on the type of equipment included in the playground.

2. What about delivery, payment (trade term), and shipment?
   Trade terms: EXW, or FOB. EXW is preferred, as it is a cheaper way for both parties. If you prefer, we can also provide FOB. For smaller products, DHL, UPS, FedEx will be used. The price is determined by weight and distance. Please click here (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to view the latest price list.

3. What about installation?
   We provide installation services. We have the world’s top installation team, with experienced and remarkable efficiency. Installation costs are not included in the product costs and are separate.

4. Are there playgrounds installed in our country (or city)?
   We provide products to customers all over the world, and so far, there are customers from more than 100 countries who have cooperated with us.
